During my recent stay at Schenectady Inn, I was pleasantly surprised by the comfort and convenience it offered, especially given its close proximity to my grandson's college, which made our travel effortless. The room was equipped with a flat-screen TV, a refrigerator, and a microwave—great for unwinding after a day spent exploring the area. The bed was notably inviting, with pillows that felt just right for a good night's sleep, ensuring I could recharge effectively. While the hotel had its advantages, the atmosphere could certainly use a bit more life; The empty parking lot and dim-lit rooms were somewhat disconcerting, particularly returning late in the evening. The attentive and friendly front desk staff helped to brighten my experience. With amenities like free Wi-Fi and a complimentary breakfast featuring a waffle station, Schenectady Inn caters really well to both leisure and business travelers, maintaining a balanced approach to hospitality that I appreciated as a fellow environmental enthusiast.
